NOUS REMERCIONS LE SEIGNEUR POUR ...

* notre assemblée générale tenue du 3 au 5 janvier 2007 qui s'est terminée en bien et dans la paix.  Plus de 320 participants ont pris part aux délibérations.  Nous avons terminé la rencontre par un service de Sainte Cène bien édifiant.

* des élections honnêtes, libres et démocratiques pour former le nouveau Comité Exécutif.  Les nouveaux élus sont: Pasteur Diogène Pierre (président), Pasteur Serleus Simon (Vice-Président), Pasteur Henry Dolciné (Trésorier Adjoint), Mme Leslie Valville (Secrétaire Adjoint) et M. Wilbert Lilite (Conseiller).

* le ministère de Pasteur Joel Laloi, le président sortant, qui adonné 8 années de service fidèle à l'UEBH durant ses 2 mandats.

Let us live up to what we have already attained.  Philippians 3.16

WE GIVE THANKS TO GOD FOR ...

    * our annual General Assembly held January 3-5, 2007 that ended well and in good harmony.  More that 320 participants took part in the business discussions.  We ended with a wonderful celebration of the Lord's Supper.

    * fair elections to replace 4 of the members of the Executive Committee.  The new officers are: Pastor Diogène Pierre (president), Pastor Serleus Simon (Vice President), Pastor Henry Dolciné (Deputy Treasurer), Mme Leslie Valville (Assistant Secretary) et M. Wilbert Lilite (Advisor).

    * the ministry of Pastor Joel Laloi, outgoing president, who served the organization faitfully during 8 years (2 terms).

    * Pastor Edner A. JEANTY who is completing over 40 years of pastoral ministry.  A special service will be organized on Sunday January 28th, 2007, as Dr. Jeanty retires from active pastoral duty.  He intends to continue teaching his seminary class at STEP.
